Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

The Mindly Group

I provide an open, nonjudgmental, relaxed, and collaborative environment because I believe a strong relationship with your therapist can support growth, healing, and reflection.

Therapy is a collaborative process, so we’ll work together to create a treatment plan that reflects your individual needs and goals. Along the way, we’ll identify your strengths, explore challenges, and develop strategies that can help you move forward.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your family, I am here to help you navigate challenges and build resilience. Ultimately, my goal is to help you move toward greater well-being.

Masters in Education, Meredith College
B.S. in Education, The University of North Carolina, Greensboro

My professional experience includes working with clients in outpatient clinical settings, as well as many years of teaching, mentoring educators, and raising my own children. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the challenges individuals and families may face across different stages of life. As a result, I bring a combination of clinical knowledge, warmth, perspective, and humor to the therapeutic relationship. In addition, I provide affirming and inclusive care for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I believe therapy can be both meaningful and approachable. Therefore, my goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences and recognizing their strengths. Together, we can develop practical strategies and work toward meaningful change while leaving room for humor when it can help make the journey a little lighter.
