I have extensive experience working with adolescents, and families focusing on behavioral problems, emotional regulation difficulties, and parenting concerns. In addition, I have worked with many adults suffering from emotional dysregulation, trauma, work stress and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with individuals with bipolar and borderline personality disorder.
I am a National Certified Counselor through NBCC. I have received training and am certified as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have completed EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Level 1 training.
