The Mindly Group

I view therapy as a collaborative partnership where we work together to identify the areas of your life you would like to change. From there, we can develop practical strategies to help you move forward.

Even when circumstances feel overwhelming or change seems difficult, I believe there are opportunities to develop new perspectives and build on your strengths. Therapy can provide a supportive space to explore those possibilities and create meaningful change.

You may be experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, relationship or marriage difficulties, work-related stress, or simply feeling dissatisfied or stuck. Whatever brings you to therapy, we can work together to better understand what you’re experiencing and explore new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

I primarily work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, stress, self-esteem concerns, and challenges managing the demands of everyday life. My background in behavioral health and care coordination has provided experience supporting individuals with a variety of emotional and life challenges. This experience has also strengthened my understanding of the importance of looking at the whole person and helping clients identify resources, supports, and practical strategies that can contribute to their overall well-being. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand the challenges they are facing, recognize their strengths, develop effective coping skills, and make changes that support their individual goals and quality of life.
