1099 contract position. You work when you want to work.

Services to be provided online or in any of our Cary, or Durham NC locations.

We offer stipends for:

  • professional development training
  • supervision

Looking to get on insurance panels?  We can help with credentialing so you can accept client insurance benefit payments.

We have a great team of therapists with a variety of specialties eager to collaborate and offer support.  We have monthly staff meetings where we offer learning opportunities and community connections to help you help your clients.

Potential Candidates Should Be:

Licensed to practice independently (i.e. LCMHCA, LCMHC, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT, LMFTA) in the state of North Carolina.

Available to work some afternoons and evenings.

Willingness to see 15 clients (minimum) weekly. Cost share increase as your caseload does.

Ability to work in greater Raleigh/Cary/Durham area.

  • Prefer minimum 1 year post graduate work in an outpatient setting providing therapy services and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Trained/educated in the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy or other evidence-based therapy model.
  • Self motivated, hard worker with well developed problem solving skills.

Dedicated to ongoing personal and professional growth and open to self-evaluation and feedback from others.

We are a mental wellness group practice with locations in Raleigh, Cary & Durham, NC.  We are dedicated to supporting mental health professionals on their journey towards becoming the most effective therapists they can be.  We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Ambetter, Tricare, United, several EAP’s, Medicaid, Medicare and out-of-pocket pay for our services.
