In my clinical practice, I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach that honors your experiences, values, and goals. While I have a strong background working with adolescents, young adults, and families—especially through my time in school settings here and overseas—I welcome clients across the lifespan. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to providing inclusive care for individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma (including Acute and Post-Traumatic Stress), academic stress, parenting struggles, anger management, personality and mood disorders, and self-harm.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate I am required to be supervised by a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My supervisor is John Craichy, LCSW and can be reached at 919-270-0339. As part of my supervision I will participate in case consultation periodically for training purposes.
