Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

The Mindly Group

I believe therapy can be valuable for anyone, regardless of background, circumstances, or previous experience with counseling. We all encounter challenges, patterns, and experiences that can sometimes get in the way of living the life we want. Whether you have been in therapy before or are considering it for the first time, my goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I will work alongside you to better understand the challenges you are facing, recognize your strengths, and identify opportunities for growth and change. Throughout the process, I will offer support, perspective, and practical strategies as we work together toward the goals and changes that are meaningful to you.

Throughout my counseling career, I have worked with clients in a variety of outpatient mental health settings, providing support for a wide range of emotional, relationship, and life challenges. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful change. My experience has reinforced the importance of meeting each client where they are and tailoring therapy to their individual needs, experiences, and goals. I strive to help clients better understand themselves and their relationships, recognize their strengths, and develop practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges.
