Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

The Mindly Group

We all experience difficult times in life. I believe seeking support during those challenges is a sign of strength and an important first step toward meaningful change. I view counseling as a collaborative process where your experiences, insights, and goals are an essential part of the therapeutic relationship.

Together, we can explore the thoughts, beliefs, behavioral patterns, and experiences that may be holding you back. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. In addition, we can build on your existing strengths and develop practical skills for navigating life’s challenges. Ultimately, we can work toward the change, growth, and emotional well-being you want in your life.

I have extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families across community mental health centers, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and group practices. My clinical experience includes working with survivors of abuse and trauma, individuals experiencing serious mental health concerns, children with emotional and behavioral challenges, and clients navigating separation, divorce, and relationship difficulties.
I have also facilitated therapeutic groups focused on self-esteem, anger management, chronic pain, social skills, and parenting, and have provided vocational assessment and counseling for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use concerns.
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals and couples navigating fertility challenges, the adoption process, and the emotional impact of traumatic experiences. My goal is to help clients better understand their experiences, recognize their strengths, and develop practical strategies for moving forward.
