Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like the people around you don’t fully understand what you’re going through? Therapy can provide a supportive space to talk openly, gain perspective, and work toward meaningful change. I provide a collaborative and nonjudgmental counseling relationship where you can explore the issues that matter most to you at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, develop practical strategies, and work toward greater confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.
