With a colorful career journey that includes working with clients in outpatient clinical settings, teaching, mentoring educators, and raising my own children, I bring a unique blend of experience, warmth and wit to the therapy room. With a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, I provide a vibrant blend of expertise, empathy, and a sprinkle of humor to every session. My areas of interest include trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, Academic Struggles, Depression, Anxiety, Women’s Issues, LGBTQIA+, Parenting Concerns and Family Issues.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate I am required to be supervised by a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  My supervisor is Chris McDonald, LCMHCS and can be reached at 984-500-2021.  As part of my supervision I will participate in case consultation periodically for training purposes.
