Grace Graebel, LCMHCA

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC), passionate about providing affirming, individualized care. My approach blends evidence-based tools with expressive and creative interventions to meet clients where they are. I especially enjoy supporting clients through anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and stress related to school, relationships, or self-esteem. I embrace a person-centered, humanistic philosophy. I view each client as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms—and I strive to create a warm, supportive space where your values, strengths, and lived experiences are at the heart of our work together. When working with children, I often incorporate play therapy, art, books, and music to support emotional expression in a developmentally appropriate way.
