Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

“I have a heart for walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s most tender and complex moments. My approach is warm, genuine, and deeply curious. I believe that healing happens in spaces where we feel truly seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns with food or your body, navigating the ups and downs of relationships, or adjusting to life after baby, I offer a safe and grounded space to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and resilience.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. If you’re ready to take that next step toward healing, I’m here to meet you with warmth, empathy, and respect, wherever you are on your journey.”

Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Campbell University
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Meredith College

I have experience providing group and individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, family and relationship issues, self-harm, perfectionism, body image and self-esteem issues, disordered eating, control issues, and difficulties related to adjustment/transition. I utilize a client-centered, eclectic approach that incorporates principles of ACT, DBT, CBT, Existential Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy to explore barriers to change and create a unique treatment plan that works best for each individual.

I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, eating and body image concerns, women’s issues, relationship challenges, and postpartum transitions. These experiences often come with layers of emotion, identity shifts, and vulnerability and I consider it an honor to help clients explore and understand their stories in a way that fosters self-compassion and empowerment.

My style is collaborative and client-centered. I see therapy as a relationship rooted in trust and curiosity, where we work together to uncover the patterns that no longer serve you and explore new ways of being that align with who you are and what you value.
