I am a graduate from Wake Forest University with a Masters in Counseling. I work with individuals and couples. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I focus on offering a safe space for clients to be able to communicate and work through their difficult relationships and personal challenges. I hope to empower clients to feel capable of handling anything that gets thrown their way.
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate I am required to be supervised by a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My supervisor is Stephanie Phillips, LCMHCS and can be reached at 919-617-9656. As part of my supervision I will participate in case consultation periodically for training purposes.
