50 Ways To Take a Break

Have you ever been so busy and just wanted to take a break?  But have you looked at all the options and thought, “I don’t want to do any of those”?  Sometimes we forget we just need to take a break and refresh and not worry about how meaningful the activity is.  In other words, we just need to get away for just a bit.  Our brains and bodies work very hard to help us stay connected to the things we find important and necessary, but sometimes they take a toll on our available “bandwith” and we can  begin to feel overwhelmed or disconnected from those things we enjoy.  Consistently finding yourself in this state can lead to more longterm concerns such as anxiety and depression.  Therefore, when you begin to feel the drift or pull, consider trying one of these 50 ways to take a break that can help you step back and revitalize for whatever is next.  The best way to keep consistent with something new, is to share it with others.  When we teach others, we increase our accountability.
