Rebecca Bennett, LCMHCA, NCC
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
I provide my clients with a safe, stigma free environment where we can identify unwanted thoughts and emotions, while increasing positive coping skills that can be used in difficult situations. We all deal with anxiety, depression, or even a serious mental health issue at some point in our lives. If you are struggling, you are not alone. We can work together to set goals and help you with whatever you are dealing with. I look forward to working with you.
